## What is Minds Fund
Minds Fund is an early-stage investment vehicle backed by Animoca Minds, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands.
We invest in founders building agentic companies where Minds is a core product layer — not a wrapper.

## Investment thesis
The next wave of breakout software companies will be agentic by default. The winners will not simply wrap models — they will build durable product loops around orchestration, workflow, interface, memory, monetization, and proprietary distribution. Minds is one of the most compelling surfaces to build those loops on.

- Vertical workflow copilots
- Agentic sales and ops infrastructure
- Creator monetization tools
- Internal operator systems
- Knowledge-to-skill businesses
- Domain-specific automation

## What we look for
- Strong technical builders with verifiable shipping histories
- Deep product conviction — a clear thesis, not a features list
- Minds-native leverage — Minds is core to the product, not bolted on
- Fast execution ability — weeks, not quarters
- Clear value path — route to real users and meaningful revenue

## Investment terms
- Stage: Pre-seed and seed
- Check size: Up to US$250,000 per company
- Total per cohort: Up to US$1,000,000
- Equity: Typically 5–10% for funded companies, consistent with YC / Techstars / 500 Global
- Unfunded cohort participants give up no equity
- Funding is performance-based — not guaranteed at acceptance

- Demo Day presentation opportunity

## Program format
- Cohort-based, 8–15 companies per cohort
- Build sprint: 8–12 weeks from kickoff
- Demo Day at end of sprint
- Cohort 1 kickoff: July 2026 (rolling applications)

- Built-in primitives: Minds, Skills, Tools, Apps, SATs, Circles, Agent orchestration, Usage-driven monetization
- Creator Rewards: $1 per use (first 100), $0.10 thereafter — token-based, redeemable to USD
- CLI: June 2026; AgentMail: May 2026; Bazaar and Tutorials: live now
- No crypto or Web3 requirement — SATs are optional primitives
